You tried your best, and I think that's all that really matters. You did good! Really good, actually! If you can't seem to find a way to make the eyes look good, maybe ask for help from some other animators. They might be able to help you.

Imo, a good way to get black eyes to not only look decent, but absolutley adorable in most instances, is to have a white 'pupil' that moves, as if the eye colours were just switched. Food for thought. ^~^

The animation and textures are nicely polished, but something that bugs me is the way the hind legs move. The knees and hips sort of blend into each other and it looks like the hind legs are bending backwards. It might just be because of stocky proportions, but it also looks like the knee bends a lot less than the ankle in some shots (like 1:50, where the leg is almost fully folded.)
