MemberWell, there isn't any hard proof saying that yet. And the same "rule" the Masks had that prevented Humans and Keidrans from reproducing was lifted. That may have applied to any Keidran/NonKeidran pairing. Last but not least, there was a Patreon artwork showing what their children could look like...
tl;dr, they may not be incompatible, but she still won't live nearly as long.
