She can still reverse Google search the image(s) and have takedown requests made and report the accounts they were uploaded on, leading to a possible blocking or removal/ban from the website. Not like you couldn't make another account either way. :/

Dunno why I'm the only one bringing this up but... dolphins don't have huge, pointy ears... or am I the only one that realized this?
