The game has both. Like 99% rape from all of the enemies but a few mostly consensual femdom scenes. You can also choose to surrender during the fights and choose to live with alternate girls at the end of the last chapter.

Ahh MGQ, one of the few games where you initially pick it up being skeptical thinking it's gonna be a quick rub&tug graphic novel. Only to get hooked on the extremely deep story, character development and actually good plot and reasonably decent RPG mechanics while discovering fetishes you never knew you had. Until the later chapters come along and you are fighting against half naked lovecratian horror monster girls.

Then there's the Beelzebubs who impart their noble and ancient wisdom on a recipe for Egg Salad.
