We all know what’s going to happen. This is a prequel to Born To live which means Nick will hook up with the vixen, have an existential crisis, and run off to the forced drama of Lesbian Judy.

Soooooo I'm new to this site and just got into the pools.. what's wrong with this borba artist and why does everyone (or most everyone) seem to hate him? Honestly the art isn't bad at all.

Genuinely curious.

Not that new myself, but from what I've picked up, this borba artist made some fanfic that didn't vibe well with the community. I haven't read it myself, so I have no judgement. I personally like some art here, like with the snow in the last panel

He’s a good artist, but his comics always seem to include over the top forced drama and character assassination. Plus breaking up a popular couple with said drama and assassination.

He started a comic that involved Nick and Judy and an abortion debate based on soap operas more than the actual characters. It was cringeworthy enough that it became a meme for a bit, about the only Zootopia fanwork that's managed to do so. The writing and plot were godawful, the good art only bought it to more people's attention.

Taking feedback from this, the artist then began actively trolling fans, ignoring constructive criticism and following up with a second comic whose writing was equally as bad as the first but which also managed to remove any remaining positive traits from his characters as well as flipping on the previous comic's message, alienating those who supported him.

We're getting a part 3, but this comic seems to be a related mini-arc. We fear for what lies in store.

I'd suggest reading I Will Survive, but you really have had to have spoken with Borba to really understand how divisive they are.

Some people love to throw up a wall of text, but it would be nice if they also used some of the features here and added links directly to explanation points.

He writes something like a cross between horror and extreme drama but has the personality of a belt sander if you go by what some people say.

He's not the only one to do work like this but the other ones that write at this level with this theme of material seem to have a better personality?

Also like Doxy, and recently Siroc, if you don't read the in panel text, the artwork is pretty good.
(These guys REALLY need some good writers.)
