Ironic she has no problem probing into other's thoughts, but judges him for wishing to probe her... She has the benefit of searching for partners she likes and knowing they are interested, while he has no advantage of being able to make advances knowing they will work, so he can only dream. I am fortunate however that his thoughts are so vivid and sexy! :P

There's nothing wrong with fantasizing about someone, you probably shouldn't do it while riding on their back though.

Yeah having fantasys about sexing the one helping you isn't the greatest thing though violating some's mental privacy isn't very moral. I mean pokemon have to focus a to mind read or at least make an active decision to peek into other peoples heads. The only pokemon that can "sense" things that I'm aware of are:
Gardervoir line for emotions,
Lucario for aura,
Misdreavous line for negative emotions,
Absol for disasters
Abra for imminent danger to itself.
I dont recall any pokemon that can't help but see/sense your inner thoughts.

It's kinda strange that non-Psy type pokémons can have some kind of psychic ability.

But yeah, reading somebody's mind isn't more ok than having some "wild phantasms".

She shouldn't be probing his thoughts then. You don't know what could be going on in someone else's head. You can have creepy gross fantasies about people all you want (you're not hurting anyone), but mind reading without permission's an invasion of privacy.

This would lead me to believe that yellow was advertising the ONE episode of the anime where the intelligent and psychic lapras ferried ash around (long before the Orange Islands). All subsequent Lapras, in both games and the anime, have been like all other pokemon and showing no mind reading powers.

That said, Lapras has been able to learn Psychic and future sight. But if we use that as the metric by which pokemon can read your mind, well then around 90% of all pokemon can read your mind.

That's not what they said, that's something you made up on the spot because you misread their comment.

They're saying the trainer's behavior is creepy in this context (the bottom panel) and that they feel the picture would be better if it was just the top panel with them getting it on.

I was making a point by exaggerating their awful viewpoint. The artist drew the top panel as context for a joke, not to be sexy. This is like watching happy tree friends and then saying "I really like how cute the characters are, but this show is too violent!" if you're horny af go away then, look at literally any other lapras pic, this is the only funny edgy one.
