Rain World - Slugcat and Lizard - by Stalvelle

After watching some footage of this game, I thought it would be fun to have the Slugcat turn the tables.

  • Hunter slugcat (red one) can actually eat lizards (not whole) but ya have to kill them with harpoons or bombs first. The only creature that can fully vore lizards is the Daddy Long Legs and Brother Long Legs. However said enemies can fully vore you too...

    The Long Legs are some of the most terrifying enemies ever made for a video game o_o

    They are, but they're visible. The leviathan is true terror

    Eh, levi's scary to be sure, but I've never had much trouble with them. The long legs however, with their creepy spaghetti noises and their tendency to be in your way, makes them way worse.

    And that's not mentioning how they're the sole entity in the Unfortunate Development, one of, if not the most hellish section in Rain World (and that's saying something).

    Yep, unfortunate development sucks and is pretty nightmare inducing but it's quite straightforward as Turtletoad can show you (I've also done it as well and it's pretty predictable). True hell is when you're sloshing to moon and suddenly "Monch" [Game Over. Press START to continue] ;-;

    And this isn't even considering void worms...*shudder*

  • Given Rain World's premise, it really is a little surprising and disappointing how little vore art there is, of either Slugcat nomming or getting nommed.

  • idea for a mod:
    holding grab near a pipe makes your slugcat prop up against it, if nothign comes through for the next 5 seconds after initiation, nothing happens, but if something comes through, then the slugcat will either be flung back if its a scavenger or red lizard, but if its something adequate, such as a green or cyan lizard, the slugcat will consume the creature and gain [number] food pips, the amount of depending on size.
    small centipedes being a measly 1 and a half food pips, medium centipedes being 3 food pips, large centipedes being 7 and lizards being 10, if the scug overeats over 5 foodpips of their maximum, the creature will be puked out after the scug twitches for a few seconds as if being shocked by a small centipede repeatedly, the creature wont attack anything, instead running to its den out of fear.
