I don't really have a lot of art of Grey with women its on my to do list. But rule of thumb is more submissive someone is more dominate Grey might be with them, but if their dominate towards him he will submit. Like some sort of perverted yappy chihuahua. Also its not rape if their pupils turn into hearts.
