I agree with most of this, but I need to point out that "Sexual frustration" is absolutely no justification for being insulting, especially when it's his failure to navigate the site in the first place. If you don't show respect, why should you expect to receive it? And to be clear, I don't think he's being called homophobic because he doesn't like gay porn, he's being called that because of how he phrased his "distaste." I can't believe I have to explain that. If he had said "I searched for X and Y and ended up with a gay image, please fix your tags" or just pressed the back button, I doubt this shit would be happening honestly. Hopefully my guy has learnt how to actually search for tags properly now at any rate.

It's not because "he doesn't like gay porn," it's because he's so enraged by it that he needs to go out of his way to announce how angry he is to everyone else.

If I see a type of porn on here that I don't want to see I either blacklist it, refine my search, or fix the tags myself (even though in this case there was nothing wrong with the tags, he just didn't search correctly).
