Thats not a cuntboy/andromorph. These 2 are Charr. their race the females dont have breasts more secondary sax organs. Only they face, voices, and smaller size give away their gender. It's male/female

Well, most mammals the breasts don't become apparent until they're needed, as in nursing their young, otherwise their just in the way. Having swollen breasts all the time is a distinctly human feature. Afterall the breasts are a muscles as well.
