    So if i understand the events of tarkir right after ugin died dragon tempests stopped and dragons died out so that red planeswalker pulled a back to the future altered history and instead of dying ugin was wounded and the tempest continued because they were because of him and instead of 9 khans we have 9 dragon lords and this lovely lady is one of them red and green im assuming
