When it feels frisky, a Slowpoke will dip it's penis in a body of water, similarly to how it fishes with it's tail. It's cum and pre-cum are very delicious, so water Pokemon will often latch on and start suckling it. Slowpoke have very thick, fatty foreskins to protect themselves from being bitten. Sometimes, a more powerful Pokemon will pull Slowpoke right into the water and mate with it forcibly, though the Slowpoke never seem to mind.
