Canonically in the lore for keeshee, she was up in a fight with someone who i forgotten who it was, but mostly she got her hand cut off and yes its a prosthetic arm thats made out of wood-

i think on the twitter page for this, they mentioned that keeshee isnt even supposed to have legs, it was the result of a spell or enchantment that worked far too well
