Question is, will she stay and try to talk with Misu, maybe try to come up with something a little better than 'business as usual,' or peace out like the rest of the crew?

I think Misu is going through shell shock now - the reality of it all coming down at once seem to really hit deep. Maybe she have the others talk to her, but it looks like there's going to be a lot of talking - at least (hopefully) off screen.

It's akin to the captain of a ship flat out saying the ship is fine while it's slowly taking on water while a few yards from the docking area. The crew seem to being unwilling to talk sense into them while the first mate is trying to get the ship back to safety. Once he gone, and the ship is nearly gone, the captain seem to return to their senses and all their past actions came back to haunt them.

Now, we will just have to wait and see how the cards lay in the aftermath.

I think Barlo and Misu said all they had to say. Dom should check on Aiden, bring him some food or something. Ryn probably needs time to process what just happened (especially since she was kinda the spark to that bomb)
As for the others, tbh, I doubt they have anything really useful or insightful to share.

rather then take responsibility for her actions, Misu would have rather done nothing and let the town suffer...and when Bolero stood up against her because he actively wanted to save the guild...she pushed him away...and then the final straw was her apathetically saying that: fine...we'll keep doing missions but with no income

and you can imagine the way she says it....just: ok, fine...just to make everyone happy

no, you wanna be leader? Act like one....guild masters are strict but fair....kind but assertive...they take responsibility for their actions and their guild

they are not selfish...uncaring...manipulative...or egotistical

Misu...you can still fix this, but you will have to take responsibility and act like the guild master that you pretend to be

This is off topic but, if I may, because I’ve only now read this comic and want to add to an active comment section... There’s been a lot of debate between people feeling sorry for Lyre not getting any, and people mad at him for being a whiny bitch. But I haven’t really seen anyone call him out for the way he treated Aiden right in the beginning - for pity-pressuring him into fingering him, when Aiden was pretty clear he didn’t want to and wasn’t comfortable. And mostly everyone seemed to be pitying him [Edit: Lyre] during that scene. So, whether some of his frustration is understandable, I don’t think his behavior has been at all acceptable.

they're supposed to be a rescue guild....but several of them like to take some sexual rewards while on missions
