It's the green ones dick. The one that the person above me is confusing for one is the red ones tail.

No dick, that is red's tail, all kobolds seem to be female.

In the original Post of this pic, on the tags, it appears "female" (singular) and "males" (in plural), plus the tag "dick".

Also, visually, what's between the blue one's legs it's red's tail . And what it's between green's legs has a bulbous tip.
And, if you look closely, you can see that it has a gradient that goes from red to green in the base (close to his body)
