    Very pricey, but EXTREMELY high quality. My dad has one of their Parkas, he's worn it for over a decade, it's his favorite piece of winter wear.

    For a bit more of a reasonable price range, Orvis has a good selection, while still holding to a high standard of quality.

    They're more of an all-around "outdoor wear" store, so they have a LOT of other stuff too if that suits your fancy too, but they do have an excellent jacket selection. I have one of their rain jackets, the outside is actually lined with this malleable wax polish that makes it 100% waterproof. The rain just rolls right off the wax seal, it's really high quality stuff.

    I'm a bit of an outdoors-man, I like to go paint-balling with my buddies. But we almost exclusively do woodsball, and New Jersey winters can get EXTREMELY cold and wet at times. So believe me, if this stuff can me THAT enjoyable, you know it's good stuff.
