you've missed a few general tags , like male , solo and crossdressing .

and created a few tags that didn't exist / aren't used very often like fem_boy fem_male etc

Keep in mind some users have certain tags blacklisted.

also keep tags simple , expressions are difficult to tag
like you did with "orgasm_expression"
just tag "orgasm"
