He's got a bit of a problem that's just beginning to rear it's head, and it seems he's inviting you to come help him out with it.

Also, just in case anyone comments on the size of that coffee cup, the description I was given was, and I quote- "a large (emphasis on large) cup of coffee". So I made it a big ole' cup. :D
