How do you blacklist somthing like that? It's not like this is a singular picture with specific tags they don't want. Were this just an image, sure, I suppose you could do -"male_penetration"... But that's not what this issue the seems to be for this person, so it would end up blacklisting plenty of stuff they may like
There is no tag for everyone having a dick, or it's not on these pages, either way blacklisting isn't really an effective solution. Better would simply be to learn to move on to stuff you do like, maybe only critque the quality rather than the types of content chosen.

They need to be specific on what is it that they dislike about this. They can blacklist "gynomorph/male" or "intersex/male" for starters
