I upload it and the picture is base of a MLP parody character do a parody of Naruto character (and yes it is anthro character he has hands). So that means if the artist put him in a dress he is still a parody of a MLP character. So stop changing the tag because to you he looks more like a horse (because technically he is)....... And it’s not only tag what you see (That works best if you don't know the source or artist)... it is also tag what is best known about it and since the source is there you should be able to surmise what it is without removing tag since it seems its only you.

You are an idiot, this isnt a parody. This char did this in the show he was in with e steam and horse face, its not a parody and its tag what you see. Just because someone makes a hrose face in an anime does not mean its mlp related as this came out before mlp (2) did. So yeah fixing the tags again end of subject
