What kind of mixed species is this boy?

He's characterised at source as a "royal spine spiritwing", a fan-made tribe. And then described as abusing his animus powers here.

Animus? Like Animus from Assasin's Creed?

As in animus from the Wings of Fire series. Basically magic limited only by your imagination (and also slowly destroys your soul)

    (Owner here)

Prince Friede is the name, a SpiritWing who has managed to sneak away from his palace, because he was not only sick of seeing his people suffer out in the streets poor, he also didn't want to be a part of that royal life anymore. He tried everything in his power to try and feed the people, share parts of his riches so they could live a more comfortable life, help them find better jobs with better pay, even went as far to offer them a job at the palace, but it all failed in the end, and his family is to blame. Despite that he ran far away from his homeland, they're still out searching for him, and seek to put him back in the palace. The reason why he's "abusing" his animus magic is because he uses it to basically please himself, like what you're seeing in this picture. ;) His family strongly disapproved his lewd behavior, no matter how many times they tried correcting him. Friede is more of a rebel than your typical, pampered, royal prince. Sure, he may have thrown everything away, but in his mind, it was well worth the price for freedom, and he'll look forward to living a more humble life. Heck, he even has a BF too!

That being said, I'm glad y'all like Friede! I need to get more art of him...
