Both of these posts had ~60kbps Opus where source has ~159kbps AAC, so both of these are downgrade from source.

I think ffmpeg defaults to something like 64kbps variable bitrate with Opus audio and I did get audiophiles complaining about my encodes audio quality because I didn't specify any audio options outside -an ever.
Even if that's technically enough for speech, I would still use something higher to upkeep the overall quality of the audio especially if source audio is allright and higher bitrate. Technically -b:a 128k should be enough as it's variable bitrate by default and that's enough for stereo music streaming, I sometimes use 160-192kbps even.
