Or simply doesn't like the guy making the comment. Vague rulings are a double-edged sword, they make it harder to circumvent them in creative ways, but also open the door to unequal enforcement and power tripping. You kinda lose no matter what you do, sadly.

Main rules are to not talk to a picture, don't tell people what you want to do to a picture, and avoid sexual roleplay

Since it's subjective the ruling changes depending on the mod is the main point. Imagine the one guy who doesn't get the joke deciding it's not funny.

Some jokes are sexual. Some references are also sexual. If someone doesn't get it then they'll assume it's just creepy, which has been the case before. Both are bound to happen more often on sexual images for obvious reasons. The line is arbitrarily drawn based on the mods' understanding of the context and the jokes, since it would be asinine to ban anything sexual.

I want two things to happen

1. I want Kyra to fuck Amon ad leave him gaping

The fact is the mods do abuse the system, and have, and the rules do not correlate at all with the artwork submitted to the site. You can have artwork drawn of fucking Isabelle but the second someone comments to said image saying they wanna fuck Isabelle too, they get banned for "being creepy". The tagging system has also been entirely screwed up and is way too verbose and specific to the point where you can't find anything. The site has gone way downhill since when I joined in 2009. Rule34 doesn;t have this problem. There is no moderation, you just post images, its archived, and that's it. No drama.

Imagine thinking rule34 had it right. This is a site that actually listens to artist requests about not posting art. And the creepy rule was first introduced because wierdos were scary users and more specifically artists away from the site.

And the tagging system is the main reason this is the only site where searching is worth a damn.
