I think it shows the amount of cum one person should be able to produce during sex in the "Realistic" picture, compared to the ridiculous amount one person shots in the "Porn" picture. Well that's my interpretation anyway.

I agree with that, the image is kind of taken to extreme for comedy effect, but there should always be a good middleground.
