Well she does stand 2.20m/7'2". In the comic proper it's shown that her sword is a claymore. Big lady, big weapon.

I looked it up and compared, it looks about right, although it also could be a zweihänder

Well claymores are typically a 'two-hander'. But it's kind of hard to tell without taking a good look at the hilt.
