It's confusing that speech bubbles are usually read left-to-right, top-to-bottom, and starting from the bubble with the tail, but all those rules are broken here.

Even if it's meant to be read right-to-left (manga style), the start of the dialogue should be near the top of the page, and the closest tailed speech bubble to the speaker.

Just read everything as one side of the dialogue. Something like this:

- [Begging for sex]
- Alright, alright. Do it quickly and don't make any noise, ok? I don't want to wake up this guy. *mutters* Geez, can't you wait till morning?
