In all honesty yes the artist did what you may consider a "lazy loop" however that "lazy loop" allows for a cost and time effective animation style. The more an artist has to do for a scene,(cum, facial expressions, body posture,etc.) the more time and effort has to be put into the animation style. That makes the price of the commission rise a ton.
