    The pose is attached to the tag "I字バランス部" which roughly translated is "I-Shaped Balance".

    I recommend poses featuring a character standing and raising one leg have the tag associated with it.

    Otherwise, the only way to find the pose has been "raised_leg" and "flexible", which is still a gamble.

    EDIT: It seems it's tied to "vertical_splits". My mistake.
