when she gets to the bottom she's gonna pause for a moment, then jumps off waving her hands around saying ow ow ow, then starts blowing on them for a few seconds and then go back to what she was doing like nothing happened.

Quick story: There was one time we were on a PT and we had to climb a rope using only the hands and each heigh had a grade. I had reached 9 and was almost dead. When I was about to put one hand on the 10 grade *404 strength not found* and I fell from almost 6 meters high on the mattress. I had my fingers covered in blood and a rope burn mark on my right thigh.
