I feel like there should be a different word than "gaping" for when some hole is being "held" open by something. (In this case, by tape.)

I added spread_anus, it might be worth having a separate tag for tape though.

Thanks for the help with adding the tag. Also there definitely should be a tag for tape, I've seen it show up in other works, so it'd be useful.
