Lol yeah, noticed that too. Surprisingly common major anatomy pitfall even among highly skilled artists. Seems to be an error that can go unnoticed even when it's done to a comical extent, if one is not specifically looking out for it. Like for example, even when I know the head is absurdly small in terms of actual dimensions, the image still won't look "off" to me...
