this surprises me too; the e621:ratings page only mentions
    but other body-fluids aren't covered

    Really?
    What about:
    • exposed female breasts with nipples, including obvious depiction of female nipples pulling through clothing.

Yeah, no. Tits aren't a sex organ, and thus, nipples and breasts don't get it tagged Explicit, only Questionable.

But your profile pic technically only has visible nipples, no visible sex organs and yet it is tagged as "Explicit".

    Two things.
For one: That's irrelevant and makes you look like you're desperate for a way to win this "argument".
For two: It's rated questionable anyways, you clown.

Edit: Putting this here because I just know somebody's gonna reply to this after I've changed my avatar and insist that I have no point "because it's explicit"; The reason this argument doesn't work is because it leaps from "This image is explicit" to "An entirely different, unrelated image is explicit".
TL;DR: When you want to appear correct and you don't really know what you're talking about (i.e., not having read the set-in-stone rules on ratings), the way to do that isn't by jumping from talking about one image to another.
