The duo are visible on-screen for exactly one second, just before Charlie bursts into song (somewhere around the 09m:36s mark), standing to the left of Alastor, as the crowd in front of the local Radio Hack store watches her disastrous interview on the TV display.

A third hellhound can be spotted in that same crowd. Given its diminutive stature and freckles, I suspect it's an adolescent.

The smaller hellhound could have been seen three times, once at 8 minutes 53 seconds from the back, again at 9 minutes 12 seconds also from the back then finally 4 seconds later at 9 minutes 16 seconds from the front when Alastor arrives from behind....and yes I checked

I thought they were Zoroark at first because of the hair colors matching the normal and shiny forms
