The artstyle is amazing, but WHY the disformed wings, why the tailhead and why the... umbilical head?

It was shaping up to be a very nice piece of art, and then I scrolled down and reached the umbilical head. And it was all downhill from there. My brain hurts.

You would have to ask the character's owner, Wigran, on FA.

Generally, it's a bad idea to RP using random characters you find here on E621 since most of them are owned by someone who isn't monitoring when their art is being posted here. If it gets bad enough, the owner might issue a DNP for all art containing their characters.
