Hindsight and all that jazz, went back to look and it was clear from the beginning. The Client Page at the start of Part 3, shows the client with light tan fur, green eyes and white hair, yet the client that shows up, has darker brown fur, blue eyes and blonde hair.

Could've been mistaken as an error, but with this reveal, it was the idea from the start. Honestly shocked that no one pointed it out in the comments, but more hilarious for it now.

The non sexing brother, Milos I think, failed an intelligence check and opened the can of gravity in the wrong place thus pulling everything and everybody to himself. Turn out however the sibling have previously failed a perception check and let an impostor inside their house, now the real client arrived and the impostor decide to reveal their final form. Hopefully they can pass a charisma check or else they are literally screwed
