globally its common to be uncut but its less common in parts of the west and in Muslim countries, especially in Africa. China and India really shift the global balance though. So you're less likely to see circumcision in secular countries like Europe, parts of South America, and most of Asia but you've got a good chance of finding it in the US, Commonwealth nations, Africa, and the Middle East.
