ARA is my gynoid/android/cyborg cat-girl. She doesn't canonically wear this, but...I don't know, I thought it was cute.
If you wanna be technical, ARA is an acronym; Artificial Relay Administrator. Unbeknownst to the characters in her storyline, it was also her initials in her first life, before an android/cyborg.
