Think it's just supposed to be a darkening due to wetness, and is just saliva.

Yeah I think it's just unfortunate coloring. Tip for the artist: use a less saturated shade of red next time. :)

Glad the comments cleared it up as not blood, cause that lil fang in the third panel made me think differently

I was thinking that at first too, because I saw similar things on different art but wouldn't on the third panel be her whole tongue be like that?
It's not like your tongue would be only wet at the tip if you lick something they are usually wet all the time.
