It could be a reference to how Skyrim is based in the in-universe 201st year of the 4th era. Either that, or as others have said her legs make the final number of 2019.

To be fare, because her legs position - and the red warmers on them - it also looks like a "4", so far, it could be "201" itself or with her "2019" and "2014" (but I'm sure it's 2019, yes), this reminds me the many different hypothese about various inworld lores which are not answerd in the canon, but the fandom like to speculate about them. ;) Also, very sexy and enticing. :)
