Tags aren't to denote what age he IS, they're to describe what age he APPEARS TO BE. Considering his size compared to the grown women beside him, and his immature appearance, he doesn't LOOK like an adult. He appears to be a teen. It gets the teen tag.

that would be an OK reason, but if you go back and actually look, not a single page from the previous chapters had the young tag, its inconsistent for this one page to be tagged as young when the entire rest of the comic is not. TWYS aside if were going by that logic we should apply it to most of chapter 3, which was far more explicit than this and would probably be more deserving of it anyways because of it

What the rest of the comic got tagged as, has nothing to do with what this one post gets tagged with. If an age regression comic showed a character at 21 in one page, 13 in the next, and 5 in the next, would you tag all three as cub? Of course not. You'd only tag the last one as cub, and the middle one as teenager. That's just one example of the reasoning behind why you're only allowed to apply tags on the exact, specific page of the comic you're tagging.

Having said all that, you make a valid point about the rest of the comic all having him look like a teen...somebody should probably go through and tag them all as such...
