I managed to open the pdf using GIMP. It's four images of the same dotted text that we've seen in other videos and also what looks like some branches in the background. I haven't deciphered the text yet since I'm bad at math and I cant count very well.

If we assume each number corresponds to the letter that far into the alphabet it spells "Perindopril"

The porn is good, but the ARG is interesting. I don't know about you guys, but some of the deciphered dialogue in the previous animations make me feel a sense of dread that I can't describe.
