While it’s possible this is further foreshadowing, I think it’s just a bit of oversight in this case. It’s also possible it’s behind Damian, seeing the bit of pink behind him

Gah I’m so sad that it stops here! I just to reading this and it’s so good!!! I don’t even care about the sexual stuff anymore I just love the art style and how the characters feel when reading!
