This is one of the rules of e621:
You will make a best faith effort to upload only high quality furry-related images, though this is 'not a strict requirement' and leeway can and will be given in certain circumstances.

However Leto's addiction story might of treaded too close a line with this rule:
Child pornography: Any photograph or movie that depicts real children in a sexual manner. This includes nudity, explicit sex, and implied sex.

Hard to say really.

Luckily his source links are all good so super easy to keep up with addiction if he can't have the comic back on here.
