Especially when Red Pandas can eat leaves and Bamboo shoots meaning as long as she went to a park once in awhile she could eat out without spending a dime.

More civil?? We eat fruit off of trees and pick berries from bushes and the like while hiking on public trails (or sometimes from the side of a middle-of-nowhere backroad street, and catch fish from rivers that people go boating or swimming on/in. How is that any different? I'm just saying if she's hurting that much financially it makes more sense for her to go foraging for free food than it does to microwave water and pretend it's soup.

I mean, their world is basically furry Japan, so I guess she could get a ticket if any cop saw her eating from the trees, and tickets ain't cheap so she just won't risk it
