I do hope this artist and more learn the truth that the "black spandex briefs" Machoke and machamp have is actually not clothing, but is in fact their skin coloration as it's quite exotic. It was in a japanese only promotional breakdown of the mach line to go along with the in-universe Machoke Movers. The only thing they wear is the "power save belt" which prevents "muscle stiffening"... which quickly lead to a machamp being chased by three amorous ladies to "see what kind of "muscle" stiffens when it's taken off."

Not quite. They are humanoid, much like apes. By adding more human traits to them (breasts, clothing) we then anthropomorphize them.

IE: the machoke in this pic is anthro.
