Looks like the tags got it right at least. Artist says they want their character to be a female with a fake penis, but that instead they gave it all the traits of a real penis because its sexier. So basically they made it male. Hot picture too.

But it's not a penis, that's just a regular hyena thing. If you have a cat with a knot that doesn't turn it into a dog. Similarly if a female hyena has a knot that doesn't make it a guy

One thing I certainly love female Hyenas for. Best of both worlds without the clutter and an even sexier few benefits too. Might have to play around with my fursona one day just something holds me back from mixing things not sure what through.
