It definitely looks similar to one but the EOD has one solid visor instead of separate eyeholes.

I think there is a split visor variant in Halo 3, the gen 2 variant in Halo 4 also appears to be split visor, though the one in the image appears to be based of the Halo 3 variant.

Only the Reach version of the EOD Mjolnir has the solid visor. Best helmet imo
