So if it completely disables dialog inventory and climbing how would you go about fighting Ganon? Hell how would you even get to Ganon? You can't climb up to Hyrule tower which is a large part of the game just climbing. How do you fighting anything which is another large part of the game without access to weapons or even bombs for that matter. It doesn't matter how good that armor buff is if you can't heal off excess damage making progressing through the game a nightmare with what I can only assume is a -10 mobility debuff which is -5 slower than the most over encumbering armor in the game and with the the prospect of alerting enemies in a large radius and not being able to get away forcing combat which you are incapable of doing? I understand that it's more for like the erotic idea of it but it really seems impractical and moreso impossible kinda like small ant beating the game without ever climbing.

They never said you can't use tools or Sheika slate abilities. Just that you couldn't switch items that are in your inventory, so you can still fight haha

To access tools and abilities you need to use the sheika slate so if they can't access inventory they also can't access sheika slate since that's how that works.
