It's a bit borderline whether this count as Twokinds art, but I recall the suggestion to mention a reindeer Keidran, so I think it's best to throw in the tags just in case.

Concur. ---Upon further consideration - I tend to agree that it's NOT Nora. 1> Nora's eyes are GOLD, not blue. In one or two sketches, they've been red or orange, but if such a sketch is finished, they're always gold again. And they ARE Gold in most sketches when there is any present color. 2> The mistletoe on her tail is not QUITE the "enchanted mistletoe of Christmas fun". I'd thought it was, originally.
I also don't think it should count as Twokinds art. It's just simply by the same artist, but does not appear to have anything to do with the Twokinds setting.
The description makes it sound like this is just an anthro Rudolph, not a Keidran, or Nora in disguise, or in other ways Twokinds related.

This also begs the question of whether art with two fursonas with absolutely no connection to zootopia should be considered zootopia art just because an artist says it is. Like at that point it’s just furry art lol.
