I can understand the concern for how characters act in a comic. But if the setup and actions are just to get the porn of said comic, I dont think it should be taken seriously.
For example in this comic or this there is more to the story than just the sex so how the characters act should be taken more serious.
In the opposite direction like this or this the characters and scenario are so absurd it's mainly just context for the sex that is going to happen.

I feel the same for this comic as well. It was just to get to the sex, and in the end she is fine anyway.

Not that I have any idea how migranes work but pills to counter them making you sleepy but being benign otherwise is totally believable. Something something sudden drop in bloodpressure...

Coming from my knowledge as a nurse, being drowsy is a side effect of most drugs. Even if it's not meant to help you sleep, it probably will. Giving residents with dementia just some tylenol can work just as well as seroquel to calm them during an episode.
